Purpose:
A recent legislation mandates availability of priority registration for all VA (Veteran Administration) benefit receiving students and requires reasonable accommodation to VA benefit students around course registration.
Background to the Project:
House Bill 2645 mandates public universities and community colleges to provide priority registration to veteran benefit students. Deadline for implementation is Sept. 15, 2016.
Objectives:
Develop priority registration time control slots for students who are receiving educational benefits from the Veterans Administration, including their dependents.
Project Scope:
We will deliver time control slots for students who are receiving VA benefits by winter term registration.
