We are open Monday through Friday (except when the University is closed) offering in-person and telephone service 10:00 am - 4:30 pm and email service 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We are located in the Kerr Administration Building, Suite B102 (across from the Cashiers).

The Office of the Registrar participates in the summer flex schedule and will close at 1:00 pm on Fridays from June 28 to August 30.
We will also have reduced hours during the quiet weeks of July 1 – July 5 and August 26 – August 30. During those weeks we will be open Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
