Dear Students and OSU Community Members,

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the posting time for check payment to the student account, we are implementing a change to the payment mailing address for the university.

Effective Fall term of academic year 2024-25 the payment mailing address for all personal payments and 529 plan check payments is:

Oregon State University Student Receivables
P.O. Box 103487
Pasadena, CA 91189-3487

Please update your records, and as necessary with your 529 plan administrators, with the new payment mailing address as soon as possible. As a reminder, all payments made to OSU should include the name and ID number of the student account to ensure prompt and accurate processing of check payments.

Methods to pay electronically continue to be available through myBill (http://mybill.oregonstate.edu/) or BeaverHub portal (https://beaverhub.oregonstate.edu/) by selecting the “Finances” tab.

Please note that the P.O. Box 1086 address in Corvallis Oregon will continue to be used for non-payment mail. All outside scholarship payments should continue to be mailed to:
