From: Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs

Dear OSU Community:

As we approach the end of the fall term, we reaffirm OSU’s commitment to mental well-being and our goal of cultivating a culture of belonging, collaboration, and innovation. This requires engaging everyone in conversation, creating a culture of care where we all look out for one another, and providing services to meet the mental health needs of our community and help prevent distress before it occurs.

The university is continually expanding and improving mental health services and initiatives. Below are some options for student and employee support and additional information that we hope you find helpful.

Lyra is also offering additional scheduled webinars and gatherings for November and December on a variety of topics.

The mental well-being of all members of the university community remains a vital Oregon State University priority. We wish you a successful end of the fall term and a replenishing winter break!
