From: Office of the Provost and Executive Vice President
Dear OSU Community Members,
Please attend an online university and community informational session Monday, March 14, 2022, from 1 to 2 p.m. addressing public health and personal wellness moving forward.
OSU is holding the session in collaboration with the Benton County Health Department and Samaritan Health Services, and it is open to all university faculty, staff and students and community members.
The forum will be held via Zoom and will feature a panel of university and community health experts who will discuss the lifting of mask mandates, steep drops in cases as the omicron surge wanes and what university and community members can do in the months ahead to help contribute to public health and rebuild a sense of community.
Panelists will include Dr. Adam Brady, infectious disease specialist, Samaritan Health Services; April Holland, deputy director of the Benton County Public Health Department; Chunhuei Chi, director of the Center for Global Health and professor of health management and policy in the College of Public Health and Human Sciences; and Jenny Haubenreiser, senior director of OSU community health and wellness initiatives.
To view the webinar, go to: https://beav.es/w7Z. Those attending the forum will have an opportunity to ask questions of the panelists.
I look forward to seeing you at the forum on Monday and responding to your questions.
Sincerely,
Dan Larson, Vice provost for student affairs, OSU coronavirus response coordinator
