Financial Readiness & Success Fall Webinars 

What: Webinars related to Oregon State University’s Financial Readiness & Success program. 

When: Tuesday, October 10, 2023: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. PDT 

Where: Zoom - Attend from anywhere!

When: Friday, October 13, 2023: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. PDT 

Where: Zoom - Attend from anywhere! 

 These webinars will overview the initiative and provide more details about payment plan options, resources on campus to support students, and will include a live Q&A. You are welcome to invite family members and those in your life providing support to also participate in the call. 

There will also be details provided about the Financial Readiness & Success Grant and extended repayment applications.  The grant application opens Friday, October 13 at 1:00 p.m. PDT! When live, the application can be accessed here. 

The Financial Readiness & Success program includes:  

  • Increased financial wellness support for all students through the Center for Advancing Financial Education (CAFE). 

  • Integration of financial wellness support and education in orientation programs for new students. 

  • Earlier awareness of tuition owed along with financial aid that may apply toward your bill. 

  • Expanded payment plans that start earlier, allow more time to pay each term, and secure registration eligibility. 

  • A lower balance threshold of $500.
