Project Summary: 

While OSU has operated a successful Summer Session program for over 60 years, this project aims to publish policy and procedure guidance for the university community to reference when determining suitability and compliance of course offerings.

This will also identify goals and areas of opportunity in the Summer Session program, in an effort to strengthen on-campus offerings in support of student success initiatives.

Status Report: 
►9/22/2022:Office of the Registrar met with Provost on 8/22/22 to review summer session enrollment data that looked at Bacc Core offerings and Course by college offerings. The next step is to explore the possibility of cutting some of the potential revenue loss or looking at other options for ensuring students have more on-campus options in the summer terms moving forward.
►7/28/2022: Additional data is being pulled about summer enrollment.
►3/24/2022: Reviewing the statistical data supporting the proposal.
►2/24/2022: Reviewing the summer enrollment proposal.
►1/27/2022: Final language and statistics of project goals and benefits are being prepared and will be shared with leadership groups. The guidelines and implementation process will roll out by Summer 2023.
