This project will align the Grader and Teaching Assistant policy with the Office of the Registrar guidelines on student access to other students’ education data and will implement the new policy within Canvas.

This will be a one-time change of policy and consequent processes.

Status Report: 
►7/28/2022: The policy has been passed to the new Policy Director in Faculty Affairs for review, updates, and starting the policy through the formal policy committee process for OSU approval.
►4/28/2022: General counsel has responded to initial draft/problem statements. Currently updating draft based on their guidance.
►1/27/2022: Will present the policy to the Associate Deans in mid-February then to legal counsel. The systematic implementation is around 75 percent complete.
