This is a partner project related to Academic Regulation 25 (Institutional Requirements for Baccalaureate Degrees [Undergraduate Students]) including Institutional Analytics & Reporting (IAR), Office of Admissions, and advisors.
To continue to support all current and future transfer students who were not made aware of our curricular changes in time for their summer and fall registration, OSU will honor the prior dual-listed Bacc Core designation of courses completed through Fall 2021. Students have until September 1, 2023, to transfer these courses to OSU. Post-September 1, 2023, all transfer courses will be articulated in congruence with the current year Bacc Core category designation.
This project will develop a CORE report to assist advisors in identifying new transfer students who have taken courses that have been decertified from Baccalaureate Core and Writing Intensive Course (WIC) lists.
