You are invited to participate in a short survey about the future of dining services at Oregon State University. Your input will help University Housing & Dining Services (UHDS) improve dining options available to the Corvallis campus community.

As an incentive for completing the survey, you will be eligible to participate in a prize drawing for a chance to win one of the following prizes:
- Ten $50 Amazon Gift cards
- Twelve $25 Amazon Gift Cards
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete; responses are due by January 31st, 2025.
This survey is intended for students and staff based on the Corvallis Campus, though some of you receiving this email may be located elsewhere.
This survey is being conducted by an independent consultant working on behalf of Oregon State University and the information gathered is solely for OSU’s internal use. Your identity will remain confidential and will not be linked to your responses. Your responses will not be used for any other purposes. Prize winners will be notified by email after the survey closes.
