Dear Students,

This is a reminder to complete the student mental well-being survey before the survey closes at midnight tonight, October 21st. If you complete the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a raffle to win one of two $25 Amazon gift cards.

Here at OSU-Cascades your well-being is a priority, and we are committed to creating a supportive and caring environment for all students. Your input is critical in helping us better understand your experiences and needs as well as how to best support you as you pursue your academic endeavors here at OSU.

To improve the mental well-being of our student community, we have developed a brief survey that should take less than 15 minutes to complete. Your feedback is invaluable and will help us enhance the resources and support services we offer.
