Project Summary: 

Oregon State University prides itself on enabling student success to achieve graduation. Timely course registration is critical for student success and on-time graduation. Two groups will be piloting a new process for placing and lifting holds.  Goals of the project include creating a secure and streamlined process that will enhance data integrity of registration holds and reduce barriers for student holds being lifted in a timely manner.

Status Report: 
►9/26/2024: Group 2 training and launch completed successfully in September 2024. Phase I of this project has closed.
►7/18/2024: Training complete. Group 1 has successfully implemented the new process and group 2 will begin mid-September.
►5/29/2024: AWA jobs to place and remove holds have been written, tested and moved to production. Security access and training to occur during Summer 2024. Full launch in August 2024.
►3/28/2024: Project kick off in March, requirements gathering complete. Technical requirements being written.
►2/22/2024: Project approved and assigned a start date of March 2024.
