Project Summary: 

 Banner Workflow, which currently supports the Change of Program (CoP) process will be deprecated in June 2025. The current Change of Program process includes extensive manual processing, functionality does not allow for students to initiate the process, and excludes many functional departments from using the process due to limitations within the system. 

The goal of this project is to implement, streamline and improve the CoP process by decommissioning Banner Workflow and implementing a new platform that can has functionality to automate, reduce processing time and be widely utilized for CoP requests.

Status Report: 
►2/20/2025: Work on this project has paused, setting priority on the Registration Revamp project. Work will resume early spring term.
►1/16/2025: Requirements are complete and development for the new platform is in progress.
►11/22/2024: Platform selection and stakeholder engagement complete. Requirements are being refined and development will begin in December.
►9/26/2024: Data plan complete. Requirements gathering and platform matrix is in progress and expected to be shared with UIT in November.
►7/18/2024: Project kicks off this summer.
