Since moving transcripts to Parchment in 2014, academic regulation 1b had not been effectively enforced. Following changes to the language of the regulation, approved by Academic Regulations Committee the Faculty Senate, the OtR worked to create a job that applies an attribute to courses students completed as a non-degree seeking student. This attribute is tracked in MyDegrees so as no more than 36 credits earned as a non-degree seeking student will apply toward a degree.
